The Self-emPOWERment for Teens Program (a Heal Your Life® program) is designed as a playshop (versus “work” shop) with two different age groups in mind: 12-14 and 15-18. New exercises and processes have been created to engage, entice, and empower the tweens/teens … and, many of them can be used in the adult workshops, too! The updated materials now include manuals and Playbooks for BOTH in-person and virtual workshops with teen.

You can be trained to teach the program from your own home!!* We will sit in a virtual circle through the convenience of zoom meetings. (For other options, see below). Teen Self-emPOWERment PlayShops Program is a comprehensive program which explores all aspects of body, mind, spirit, and emotion. Since awareness is the key to changing oneself, this program offers teens a unique opportunity to discover who they are, uncover limiting beliefs and their impact, all while gaining the confidence to live life with purpose & fulfillment. This program has been created about and for the teenager. It is a high energy, colorful, lively, and incredibly rewarding experience to work with this group!

About Sandra J Filer:
Sandra is the USA Teacher & Coach Trainer eager to share this program with each of you. She says, “It has been an honor (and a journey) to co-create, pilot, and roll-out this program. We will be making a big difference, one teen at a time. This is very exciting for our entire HYL family!” To gather additional “field experience,” Sandra became a Girl Scout to work with teen girls during their Be a Friend First Summer program. She was also active in the Empowered Girls Alliance. Plus she was involved in Junior Achievement for many years.
About Jill Marie Haas:
Jill is a transformational life coach with a focus on Strong Sensitive Souls, veterans and teens. Jill shares, “I am delighted and honored to see our vision of the Heal Your Life® teachings come to life with teenagers! I am inspired by the amazing people who continue to step forward and answer the call to help teens. It is exciting and such an honor to see how our Teen Teacher Community is bringing a welcome change to teens in different parts of the world.” Jill has coaching individuals including teens for 19 years in groups and private one-to-one settings, helping them gain confidence and leadership skills, while reducing anxiety and trauma . She created and runs a non-profit serving veterans and first responders with PTSD, Trauma and more.

This is an amazing value taking into account you will have everything you need at the end of this short training program to bring the power of Louise Hay’s healing techniques to the teens of your community and beyond. This training will provide you with another valuable tool to aid you in your desire to heal the world through helping an increasing population of teens in-need of more hope and joy for their futures.
Through the program, we begin by teaching the teenagers to “like” themselves. Starting with self-love from some is a stretch. We meet them where they are. We guide them in this way so they naturally carry self-love and healing into their futures. They will lead by example to other teenagers in their circles, and by demonstration, giving others permission to like and even love themselves too.
You already have firsthand experience of the quality and effectiveness of our trainings and workshops, this one will be no exception. You also know from experience, when we say at the end of the training, you will have EVERYTHING you need to begin teaching immediately, (comma added and spelling correction) that it too is a true statement.
This program has been carefully written, developed and successfully implemented with real teens and tweens in communities across the US and worldwide. Jill and Sandra have been leading this training for 10 years and have made several enhancements to the program along the way with big updates to the manuals, adding in the virtual manual and an ePlayBook (workbook) to print out and give to your students or share with them virtually.
