“These lattes were made with love!” the waitress announced with a smile as she set them down. Now we’d never heard that before in a restaurant. We were in Morro Bay, California, on our way to San Jose for a Hay House I Can Do It conference. Morro Bay is best known for the gigantic rock that rises out of the bay. It was supposed to rain that day and we were prepared to sit by the gas fireplace in our hotel room and be lazy all day. But instead the day dawned with beautiful sunshine. We walked along the Embarcadero by the inlet, Rick looking for photo ops. Then we wandered into art galleries where I bought (yet another) pair of earrings. Late morning we stopped by the Coastal Café, sitting outside overlooking the water and the famous rock. It was there we ordered lattes from the cute young waitress with short blonde hair. It seemed to be taking a while, but then she appeared saying, “These lattes were made with love!” She added shyly, “These were the first ones I ever made.” We assured her she would be making many more. What a lovely way to start a late breakfast. Imagine putting love into everything you do all day – what a difference it would make for you and the others you are in contact with. Try it today! ~ Patricia
