It was in the year 1994 that I chanced upon Louise L Hays little Blue Book “You Can Heal Your Body”. It was a second hand copy lying at my favorite book store in Nasik. On the wise old store keeper’s recommendation, I bought it — glanced through it and allowed it to sit in my book shelf till 2004. When I was diagnosed with life threatening condition that needed breast surgery. Being a Vipassana meditator since 1988, I knew I needed to look within. My practice drew me to reopen this little book once again… My search for alternate healing began. At a Spiritual Expo I learnt that a Life changing workshop and training based on the philosophy of Louise L Hay was available in India – That’s when my search ended.
I did the workshop and the Teachers Training at Birmingham UK (17-24 Jul 2011) and the Coaches training in at Sedona AZ, USA (21 to 28 Apr 2012) and Business Training and Coach in Jan2015. Louise L Hays philosophy, gave language to my practice in silence. I found words to spread the work of healing, the generosity to give away what I had received. I discovered the magic of love. The power of forgiveness. Thanks to Louise, I could open my spirit to lessons of love and trust. She is my inspiration. I acknowledge my teachers, Dr Patricia Crane and Rick Nicholas for training me as a leader and Life Coach in this mind, body and spirit philosophy, and showing me the power of affirmations. We have the power to heal our life. If we are willing to do the work, we could make incredible changes in our minds, bodies and life itself!! The miracle tool to healing is Forgiveness, it opens the doorway to love.
